You must reserve your grill and order your meal ahead of time. No walk-ins will be accommodated.
Purchases are final, regardless of weather. If the weather does not cooperate, your order will be available for pick-up on your reservation date regardless.

HOW DOES THIS WHOLE THING WORK?
Once you have made your reservation and placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check this email to ensure that your order details are correct.
When you arrive for your reservation, your order will be waiting for you at the bar. Just give the bartender the name associated with your reservation, and they will give you your food with directions to your grill.
We will provide the hot coals, and you can get started with the fun!
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?
No, with one exception. You may bring your own desserts. Unfortunately (other than desserts), we are not able to allow outside food. We offer a wide variety of options on our menu that should accommodate most tastes and dietary restrictions. Please do not bring in outside food of any kind other than desserts.
DO YOU CHARGE A FEE FOR USING THE GRILLS?
No. Included with your reservation and $50 minimum food purchase is free use of a grill. We will assign you a grill when you arrive.
WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU PROVIDE WITH MY GRILL?
We provide the grill, charcoal, tongs, spatula, bar towel, salt, pepper, condiments, plates, napkins and serving utensils (as well as the food you have ordered). If you want to bring any special attire, like a big chef hat, or a "Kiss the Cook" apron, please feel free.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER DOES NOT COOPERATE?
We make your food to order, so once your order is placed, your food is made and there are no refunds. While we wish we could control the weather, sadly, sometimes it just doesn't cooperate. Making a reservation to grill out at Ponysaurus Brewing Co. is a rain or shine event. If the weather is too bad for you to want to grill out, you can take your food home and cook it under cover. We are not able to offer refunds for bad weather. If we are able to accommodate you at another time later in the day or the following day, we certainly will, but just like planning a cook out at your own home, you don't get to take back your food to the grocery store if the weather doesn't cooperate.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ON MY COOK OUT?
We allow 2.5 hours for you to cook and enjoy your meal. If you'd like to stay at the taproom longer, you of course are more than welcome to relocate your party to another table after 2.5 hours so we can prepare the grill and table for the next party.
WHAT ABOUT UTENSILS, PLATES, CHARCOAL, ETC.?
Eating and serving utensils, plates, napkins and condiments will be provided in your meal package. We also provide you with charcoal (which we light for you), and cooking utensils.
WHAT IF I'M A VEGETARIAN OR HAVE OTHER DIETARY PREFERENCES OR RESTRICTIONS?
We have plenty of delicious vegetarian and gluten-free menu options for you to enjoy. Please be aware that both meat and glutenous items are cooked on our grills. While our grills are cleaned between each use and are maintained by our staff, we can not guarantee that they are 100% free of gluten and residue of animal protein. If this is prohibitive to you, we suggest that you eat at the food truck on site, or at the bar. Unfortunately we can not allow to bring your own outside food or grills.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PARTY SIZE?
Our picnic tables seat 8 comfortably, but if you're up for squeezing in, we recommend no more than 10 people per grill. If you want to have a larger party than that, please reserve more than one grill and make a note on the reservation that you would like to be seated together. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Each grill reservation includes 1 picnic table.
HOW DO WE CLEAN UP?
After you are finished grilling, please dispose of your garbage in the trash cans. Our staff will clean the grill and wipe down the table for the next party.
