TOGETHER WE STAND MAUD RUN

Sunday, February 23 marks the anniversary of the murder of Ahmaud Arbery, a 25-year-old black man who was murdered during a racially-motivated hate crime while jogging in a Georgia neighborhood. In honor of his life & the countless others lost to senseless acts of violence, Together We Stand NC has & is again hosting this Stand Up Maud 2.23 run on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025 at our Durham taproom & pizzeria. 🎉 It’s simple: running should be safe for everyone.

These events encourage authentic conversations among community members & businesses, as the most important thing we can do for our community is to Stand with them & Stand Up for them!

Together, we know that change begins when we accept our obligation to treat each other, no matter who they are, with respect & empathy

In collaboration with our friends at Together We Stand NC, we’ve brewed a Double Dry-Hopped Pale Ale, a deliciously hoppy ale with tasting notes of tropical fruit, orange peel & caramel. On tap now this ale is best enjoyed over some courageous conversations!

It’s a FREE event with an optional 2.23-mile walk/run (also free) beginning at 11:30am.
